A couple of weeks ago my report on the spanish Tourism and Hospitality Industry was published. My research project with The Ostelea School of Tourism&Hospitality was pretty satisfactory. I am attaching the full report (spanish), basically tackling essential metrics for the industry which disclose an interesting post-crisis adaptative scenario.
